Please note that our DISCOUNT POLICY can afford you extra savings. We accept purchase orders from public institutions and recognized public service organizations such as museums, YMCA's and camps. It becomes easier and more affordable as you increase your order amount. When your merchandise order is over $350.00 net to one location-one purchase order you get an extra 10% discount on your entire order. Also, if your merchandise order is over $250.00 net to one location-one purchase order you get free freight.

IMPORTANT: Unless otherwise specified, additional discounts (e.g. 10% off orders over $350) will not apply when using a coupon code.

Our policy is to ship orders via UPS within 48 hours of receipt. If you have an emergency need, please let us know.

Orders outside of the lower 48 United States, including Hawaii, Alaska and APOs are shipped via U.S.Priority Mail and are invoiced to the customer at true cost with no handling fees.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, we make every effort not to change prices during a calendar year.

Note that we will charge SALES TAX for orders shipped within Massachusetts unless we have on file a copy of your tax exempt or tax resale certificate.

All claims for loss or damage must be made to the delivering carrier. Concealed damage should be reported to the carrier as soon as discovered and the carton and contents retained for inspection by the carrier. Claims for shortages or errors must be made to Art Supplies Wholesale within five days of receipt of the merchandise. Returns for credit or replacement must receive prior approval, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Backorders will be honored at the discount level of the original order subject to future availability.
