Our policy is to ship orders via UPS within 48 hours of receipt. If you have an emergency need, please let us know.
Orders outside of the lower 48 United States, including Hawaii, Alaska and APOs are shipped via U.S.Priority Mail or Fedex and are invoiced to the customer at true cost with no handling.

Note that we will charge SALES TAX for orders shipped within Massachusetts unless we have on file a copy of your tax exempt or tax resale certificate.
Concealed damage should be reported to the carrier as soon as discovered and the carton and contents retained for inspection by the carrier. Claims for shortages or errors must be made to Art Supplies Wholesale within 24 hours of receipt of the merchandise. Returns for credit or replacement must receive prior approval, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Backorders will be honored at the discount level of the original order subject to future availability.
